Please click on the link below to print and complete the customer drop off form and include it with your tapes to ensure contactless drop off. Please seal your tapes and the drop off form in a plastic bag or box, and ring the bell upon arrival to let us know you have placed your order on our drop off table.
Trading conditions – Red / Orange
- Please advise when you would like to drop off or pick up material. We would prefer to have scheduled customer visits so we can minimize risk between customers and ourselves. Call our studio number 093203586 or mobile 0226004694.
- Please wear a face covering / mask.
- Customer access restricted, due to our studio being a confined space, we will not be permitting customers on site. There are intercom units at both entrances to our premises. Please press the button on the intercom and we will communicate with you over the intercom. Alternately call our studio number 093203586 or mobile 0226004694.
- A drop off / pick up zone is in place at our front and rear entrances. The rear entrance is located off Elliot Street, we are the second last unit on the right hand side. Goods left at the table will be collected immediately after you leave the area.
- Payments – all payments must be made online.
- Sanitation – we will clean all communal contact areas such as the intercom units and door handles. All cartons in and out will be wiped down. Contents will also be wiped down with a suitable anti bacterial cleaning agent.
- You are requested to make use or our QR code and use the NZ Covid tracer phone app. If you choose not to use the QR code / app, you will be required to provide information for contact tracing purposes. Full name, phone numbers and email address is a minimum requirement.
- Please do not expose yourself to unnecessary risk, we are happy to arrange pick up and delivery of goods, please call us to arrange.
We are a small owner operated business, we need you – our loyal customers to help us through this turmoil. We are committed to helping the local businesses around us get out of this. You can do your bit by buying from your local eatery, bakery, butchery, green grocers, mechanic, printer, hairdresser – the list goes on.
